EEDHAL FOUNDATION is a charitable and environmental organization established in 2016. The Foundation works towards environmental conservation, community development, and preserving India's traditional ecological heritage through initiatives such as Nakshatra Vanam.
Nakshatra Vanam is a unique initiative where trees associated with each of the 27 Nakshatras (birth stars) are planted and nurtured. It connects traditional knowledge with environmental conservation.
You can participate by registering on our website, identifying your birth Nakshatra, contributing towards tree plantation, or joining as a volunteer.
A contribution of ₹1,000 supports the plantation and long-term maintenance of Nakshatra trees for your family.
The first phase of the project is being developed on a 210-acre site at the foothills of Megamalai, Theni District, Tamil Nadu. The Foundation also plans to expand the initiative to Kerala and other parts of India.
